In 2024, in the Republic of Adygea, 1,108 additional apartments were put into operation (ready for delivery or sale) compared to 2023 in high-rise buildings built with the involvement of citizens' funds as part of joint construction. This is according to data from the Ministry of Construction, Transport, Housing and Public Utilities and Roads of Adygea.
The ministry noted that in 2024, 3,660 apartments in 22 buildings were put into operation. The housing area was more than 166 thousand square meters.
One of the last houses was 4 multi-apartment residential buildings as part of a housing complex in the town of Yablonovsky, Takhtemkoy district of Adygea. Their construction took place within the framework of the implementation of the national project "Housing and urban environment". These buildings contain 420 apartments, their total area is 20.7 thousand square meters.
In 2023, 19 apartment buildings were put into operation in the republic with the involvement of citizens' funds within the framework of joint construction. A total of 2,552 apartments in an area of approximately 113 thousand square meters.
"Put into operation" or "Entered into exploitation" - means that the developers have received the final approvals from the municipality that the houses meet all the standards and construction conditions of the law. After receiving these approvals, the developers begin the process of delivering the apartments to their owners, whether it was within the framework of joint construction or in the process of selling the apartments.
"Joint construction" is a form of construction in which the developer receives money from the buyer and in return undertakes to provide him with an apartment of the parameters agreed upon in the contract: in a building at a specific address, on a specific floor, with a certain number of rooms and footage.
