In the village of New Adygea, a 10-storey apartment building is being completed as part of the Mega-Adygea - 2nd stage housing complex. The Ministry of Construction of Adygea reports.
– The area of the house is about 15.9 thousand square meters. Construction work is progressing ahead of schedule, the statement said.
Construction is being carried out under the federal program “Housing” of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”.
It is noted that this year 11 houses with a residential area of 110 thousand square meters, containing 1,574 apartments, were put into operation in the republic.
The average price of one square meter of the 50 apartments we calculated that were put up for sale on the Avito website is 108 thousand rubles ($1,198). The highest price of one of the apartments in this building put up for sale is 137 thousand rubles per square meter, the lowest price of one of the apartments offered in this building is 97 thousand rubles per square meter.
