The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation approved for the fourth quarter the average market value of a square meter of housing in the Krasnodar Territory at the level of 155.3 thousand rubles ($1704). The order was published on the regulatory legal acts portal.
In the Republic of Crimea, the average market value of a square meter of housing - 120.8 thousand rubles, in Sevastopol - 120.4 thousand rubles. In the Republic of Adygea 89 thousand rubles ($976).
The most expensive square meter of housing in the Russian Federation is in Moscow - 165.6 thousand rubles and in St. Petersburg – 165.3 thousand rubles ($1814).
The price of one dollar on December 11 was 91.1 rubles.
