The apartments near the Shhaguashe River were sold before construction

Three new residential buildings were built in Maykop, the capital city of the Republic of Adygea. These buildings were built near the Shhaguashe River which passes through Maykop. The start of construction was several years ago and what is interesting is that almost all the apartments in these buildings were sold by the developer even before the start of construction.

This area enters the park of Maykop and is considered part of the city center. On the various real estate websites, you sometimes see offers for the sale of an apartment from these three buildings.
