The village of Guzeripl is one of the most beautiful villages in the mountain region of the Maykop district - the Republic of Adygea (Caucasus). Guzeripl is a Circassian (Adyghe) name that means "The place from which you look to get information".

The village is located in a mountainous forest area on the left bank of the Shhaguashe (Bilaya) river, 82 km from the capital city of Maykop. The village is at an altitude of 700m above sea level. The number of inhabitants is about 150 people.

This village is the last settlement in the valley of the Shhguashe River (Bilaya) before the uninhabited areas of the Caucasus Nature Reserve. The village is connected to Maykop by an asphalt road that passes through the village of Khimishki, the village of Dakh (Dukhovskaya) and the village of Khajukh (Kamnomostsky). There is a daily bus service with Maykop.

Many travelers come to Guzeripl to see the charming and beautiful nature. In the village there are rural hotels, there is a museum and of course there is the Caucasus Nature Reserve.

Guzeripl is limited in terms of plots of land for construction because it sits next to the Caucasus Nature Reserve as well as being in a narrow valley surrounded by mountains.

In the check we did on the largest real estate sites in the Russian Federation, we found one site where there are offers for the sale of plots of land in the village of Guzeripl. On the Itagi website, 2 plots of land are offered for sale. The first is 1000 square meters at a price of 10,500,000 rubles ($114,628) and the second is 400 square meters at a price of 5,200,000 rubles ($56,768). The price of one dollar on August 26 was 91.60 rubles.
