The average price of one square meter is 112 thousand rubles ($1230).
The lowest price of one of the apartments offered for sale is 81 thousand rubles ($889) per one square meter.
The highest price of one of the apartments offered for sale is 156 thousand rubles ($1712) per square meter.
Cherkesk
According to our inspection on the Avito website, 63 new apartments with a standard finish level were offered for sale. The size of the apartments is from 35 square meters to 85 square meters. It should be emphasized here that over two hundred new apartments were offered for sale in Cherkessk, but the vast majority are in a finish level of "without finish" or "before finish" - we will write a separate article for these in the near future.
