We present to you the average price of one square meter of commercial real estate (shops + offices) in the city of Maykop, the Republic of Adygea. We did the calculation based on information taken from Avito's website, in which 58 commercial buildings and offices were offered for sale. The size of the trading houses and offices from 20 square meters to 1100 square meters.
The average price of one square meter is 118 thousand rubles ($1217).
The lowest price of commercial real estate offered for sale is 14 thousand rubles per one square meter ($144). It is a commercial house with a size of 892 square meters which is on the seventh floor of a commercial building. The building is located in the west of Maykop - it is also written in the proposal that there is no renovation in this commercial building.
The highest price of commercial real estate offered for sale is 412 thousand rubles per one square meter ($4250). This is a 143 square meter commercial real estate located on the first floor of a multi-story building. The house is located right in the center of Maykop.
24 commercial houses and offices were offered for sale at a price from 14 thousand rubles per square meter to 99 thousand rubles per square meter.
30 commercial houses were offered for sale at a price from 100 thousand rubles per square meter to 299 thousand rubles per square meter.
4 commercial houses were offered for sale at prices of 344 thousand rubles, 350 thousand rubles, 409 thousand rubles and 412 thousand rubles per square meter.
These prices were updated on October 10, 2024, the price of one dollar on that date was 96.95 rubles.
