We present to you the average price of one square meter of commercial real estate (shops + offices) in the city of Nalchik, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. We did the calculation based on information taken from Avito's website, in which 192 commercial buildings and offices were offered for sale. The size of the trading houses and offices from 15 square meters to 1080 square meters.
The average price of one square meter is 100 thousand rubles ($1044).
The lowest price of commercial real estate offered for sale is 27 thousand rubles per one square meter ($281). It is a commercial house with a size of 202 square meters which is on the bottom floor of an apartment building. The building is located in the south-west of Nalchik - it is also written in the proposal that there is no renovation in this commercial real estate.
The highest price of commercial real estate offered for sale is 524 thousand rubles per one square meter ($5454). This is a 162 square meter commercial real estate of one story building located in the center of Nalchik.
Among 192 of real estate offered for sale:
91 commercial real estate were offered for sale at a price from 27 thousand rubles per square meter to 99 thousand rubles per square meter.
94 commercial real estate were offered for sale at a price from 100 thousand rubles per square meter to 199 thousand rubles per square meter.
4 commercial real estate were offered for sale at a price from 200 thousand rubles per square meter to 299 thousand rubles per square meter.
3 commercial real estate were offered for sale at prices of 300 thousand rubles, 300 thousand rubles and 524 thousand rubles per square meter.
These prices were updated on October 14, 2024, the price of one dollar on that date was 96.07 rubles.
