We present to you the average price of one square meter of commercial real estate (shops + offices) in the city of Cherkesk, the Karachay-Circassian Republic. We did the calculation based on information taken from Avito's website, in which 50 commercial buildings and offices were offered for sale. The size of the trading houses and offices from 20 square meters to 2250 square meters.
The average price of one square meter is 98 thousand rubles ($1016).
The lowest price of commercial real estate offered for sale is 30 thousand rubles per one square meter ($311). It is a commercial house with a size of 380 square meters which is a one story building. The building is located in the North-east of Cherkesk.
The highest price of commercial real estate offered for sale is 480 thousand rubles per one square meter ($4978). This is a multi-purpose base with a total area of 0.42 hectares. There are production premises (boxes) of 500 m2, large sheds, an administrative building of 250 m2, a sauna. Large, landscaped area with the possibility of entry of freight transport.
It was also written in the proposal about the possibility of renting the building for a long period. The building is located in the North-east of Cherkesk.
Among 50 of real estate offered for sale:
30 commercial real estate were offered for sale at a price from 30 thousand rubles per square meter to 99 thousand rubles per square meter.
15 commercial real estate were offered for sale at a price from 100 thousand rubles per square meter to 199 thousand rubles per square meter.
4 commercial real estate were offered for sale at a price from 200 thousand rubles per square meter to 299 thousand rubles per square meter.
1 commercial real estate were offered for sale at prices of 480 thousand rubles per square meter.
These prices were updated on October 21, 2024, the price of one dollar on that date was 96.42 rubles.
