Housing construction volumes are growing in Kabardino-Balkaria

 


Housing construction in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic maintains positive dynamics. In January of this year, 78.6 thousand square meters of housing have already been commissioned, which is 1.7 times more than the same period in 2024, reports the Telegram channel of the Head of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic Kazbek Kokov.

Last year, organizations of all types of ownership and the population commissioned 610.8 thousand square meters of total housing area, which is 9.2% more than a year earlier. About 6.5 thousand apartments were built.

According to the regional project "Housing", this year it is planned to commission more than 570 thousand square meters of housing.

Since 2019, more than 3.1 million square meters have been built in the republic. As previously reported, by 2030 it plans to increase the volume of housing construction to 761 thousand square meters per year.
